The rapid development of information technology encourages government institutions to improve service quality through the implementation of integrated digital systems. The Class II Immigration Office TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun still faces challenges in managing Examination Report Documents (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan/BAP), including inefficient recording processes, difficulties in data retrieval, and time-consuming document management. This study aims to design and develop an Online BAP System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of immigration services. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and literature studies. System development was carried out using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this study are presented in the form of a web-based system capable of supporting applicant data management, BAP creation, document approval, and integrated reporting processes. The developed system is expected to improve data accuracy, accelerate administrative processes, and support the digital transformation of immigration services at the Class II Immigration Office TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun.
