The advancement of information technology has encouraged government institutions to implement digital transformation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. One of the challenges faced by the Class II Immigration Office TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun is the management of Examination Reports (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan/BAP), lost passport reports, damaged passport reports, and personal data modification records, which are still handled manually. This condition may lead to delays, recording errors, and difficulties in data retrieval. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Online BAP System to support integrated immigration administrative services. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature review. System development was carried out using the Waterfall method consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results indicate that the developed system facilitates data management, improves staff efficiency, accelerates administrative processes, and supports the digitalization of immigration services
