Comparatively, Malay sia possesses a more structured risk management system, while Indonesia shows strong grow th potential driven by innovation in Islamic financial instruments. This study provides policy implications for strengthening regulatory frameworks, enhancing investor literacy,& develo ping adaptive & sustainable risk management systems in Islamic capital market investments.
