JUNIOR: Journal of Needs-based Outreach is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published biannually (April and October) by PT Rabiah Media Publisher in collaboration with ITBM Wakatobi. The journal publishes covers topics such as Language Education and Applied Linguistics, Linguistics and Language Studies, Literature and Literary Studies, Education and Pedagogy, Digital Learning and Educational Technology, Cultural Studies and Intercultural Communication. Each submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and is evaluated by at least two expert reviewers.
